Although our time in Paris was short, we accomplished a lot of things…
For starters, Henry the Gnome got to see his girlfriend Mona at the Louvre.
I ate a lemon tarts daily, and The Girl ate her bread.
We climbed the first 2 levels of the Eiffel Tower together.
Then went back again to see it lit up at night and to buy crepes with Nutella off a vendor cart.
We walked through Luxembourg and Tuileries gardens.
And we happened upon the 2012 Paris Marathon.
Now, after a non-stop 2 1/2 days in Paris, we are headed back home. But first, we have a 7 hour layover in San Francisco. And we are not about to hang out at the airport. Gee, I hope we can find something to do.
Au revoir Paris, Bonjour San Francisco!
