Copy Cat KFC Coleslaw Recipe
If you love the taste of KFC cole slaw and are looking to recreate the recipe at home, this is your lucky day! This copycat Kentucky Fried Chicken coleslaw recipe is SPOT ON!
The key to this recipe is getting the cabbage, carrots, and onions finely chopped and for that, I used my food processor.
If you don’t have a food processor, no worries, just make sure you dice your vegetables super fine. It takes a little more effort, but trust me, it will be worth it in the end.
We LOVE this copycat KFC coleslaw recipe, and I hope you will too. 🙂

I have made coleslaw with apple cider vinegar before, it’s really good, I would try substituting that and maybe even honey for the sugar, just to be different 🙂

I’d love to register for the herb collection. I LOVE your site! I will be attempting to begin raised bed gardening this year. We have grown tomatoes and peppers in the past, but herbs are my favorite.
Thank you!
