While I feel like there should be a National Pie Month {or at least week! Come on people!}, National Pie Day makes me very happy. I’m celebrating by whipping up a few of my favorite pies and declaring dinner a one course meal: pie!!!

Pies are my weakness. My favorite is pumpkin,blueberry comes in second. I like fruit pies because somehow they seem healthier. But I only make them once in a while since I have no willpower.
