Week #10 on one hundred dollars a month... - One Hundred Dollars a Month

It was another “pretty good” week at the grocery stores… I’d give my shopping skills this week a “B”… No giant coupon hauls to speak of… but still… the frig was full all week and there was a little something for everyone.

$3.60 Albertsons…

I did have to do 18 separate transactions… but it was worth it!

4lbs. of Cranberries, Case of Mini Clif Bars, 12 Mojo Protein Bars…

And 4 bags of Coffee…

All FREE….

Oh how I love FREE food…

PLUS another $3 off $15 survey coupon

I really needed a roll of packing tape (for all those prizes) but didn’t want to spend $2 on a roll… So I went down to the trading post (Mrs. Hillbilly’s) and bartered… I gave her 2 glade candles and 2 boxes of zip baggies… and in return I scored 1 roll of tape, 2 bananas and 2 rock hard nectarines.

FREE plus I earned $6 in Catalina Coupons…

.72 cents (I used $3 in Catalina coupons) plus a few other coupons…

More FREE candy… (who needs nice teeth anyway)…
I was able to score $5 in Catalina Coupons…

Costco Bananas $1.47

After I handed over my Up Rewards…
I only had to pay .09 cents.

Yep… it’s official…
I only had to pay .12 cents out of pocket after I handed over my remaining $8 in Catalina Coupons I scored at Albertson’s earlier in the week to buy all the above produce.

I made a giant batch of stir fry for dinner with all the yummy veggies…
However… we are now officially out of chicken…
But don’t worry… I have a plan…

I think it’s pretty crazy the inside of our refrigerator…
Probably looks like the typical Suburban American frig…
The only difference is…

I only spent $11.89 this week!!!

And was able to stuff $11.18 into Mr. Piggy’s Belly…

Holy Cow… that’s gotta be a record.
