Hi Mavis, I saw the photo of you up on a tall ladder installing the tree lights. I am about to change your world-when it comes to putting lights on a tree anyway. For many years, we have had a very tall tree like you and putting on the lights was always less than fun. Then, one year, the top of the tree was hanging out of the back of the pick-up-right at waist level and I had a light bulb moment, put the lights on the top of the tree while it’s laying in the back of the truck! Soooo much easier! Slide it out bit by bit as you put on the lights and finish the bottom half after you stand it up in the house.

Mavis, did you paint the picture over your fireplace?
Mavis Butterfield says
No, it came from my grandfathers place.
