This week seems to be flying by! Can you believe it’s Thursday already? Sheesh… Time flies when you’re having fun I guess. My big plans for today are to try a new cheesecake recipe and get a little gardening done. I was spotted a plain cheesecake at Costco last week and have been craving one ever since. I have all the ingredients on hand and since cheesecake freezes really well, I figure it will last a few months… or at least that is what I am telling myself. 😉
