Hello Thursday!

Well, yesterday was exciting here on the blog. 😉 I couldn’t stop reading your comments about the HOA fiasco …. there were so many! Holy cannolies, I think it’s pretty much agreed the Flamingo sanctuary was a smashing idea… ya know, adding a little excitement to the neighborhood and all. I’ll be sure and let you know if I get anymore letters from HOA.

In other news, Cameron the cute carpenter stopped by for a few hours and got started on the bathroom remodel. I posted a picture on my Instagram page yesterday and will try to put a proper post together here on the blog later today so you can see what’s happening behind the scenes.

I didn’t get a chance to work on Monkey Boy’s cupboards yesterday so it’s on my “to do” list for today. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get the base sanded and prepped so I can stain them this weekend. I’m kind of nervous about it so I hope everything turns out alright.
