Hello Wednesday! Have you been following me on Instagram? Well if so then you know yesterday I visited Polyface Farm for a quick tour. Have you seen the movie Food Inc.? Well Polyface Farm is the home of that crazy farmer Joel Salatin. I’ll tell you more about my trip as soon as I get a chance but let me tell you Bob, I LOVE a good working farm. And that fact that there were some pretty cute farm hands there didn’t hurt either. 😉

Very cool. I’ve wanted to visit Polyface Farm ever since reading Michael Pollan’s book Omnivore’s Dilemma which describes it and Joel Salatin’s farming methods. Hope to get down there one day.
