Hello and Happy December!!!
Guess what!? It’s giveaway week. Yee-Haw! Are you excited!? Well, I’m excited.
For the next four days I’ll be sharing products I’ve come across this past year that I’ve found interesting {or in today’s case, tasty!}. These little giveaways are my way of giving back and thanking you for showing up here on this crazy little blog of mine.
It’s hard to believe that I’ve been writing this blog for over 15 years. I have no idea why you’re still here. But you are, so THANK YOU. Thank you for being a part of this blog, and for being here to keep the conversation going.
Okay, let’s get this party started, shall we?
Sea salt caramel. Have you tried it? Oh my word, I had no idea this stuff was so addicting!
Here’s the story.
A few months ago I was in a little gift shop and they were selling little bags of sea salt caramels. I bought a bag. Tried one. Fell in love.
Gobbled them all up.
About a month later I went back to the gift shop where I bought the sea salt caramels and now they were selling sea salt caramel popcorn. And well, to make a long story short, I figured if the sea salt caramels were outstanding, then the popcorn would be too.
And it was!!! My husband said it was the BEST popcorn he’s ever had. In fact, this giveaway was HIS idea!!! Way to go HH. 🙂
Want to win some?

Three lucky people will each win:
All you have to do to enter this giveaway is let me know what you plan on doing with your treats if you win. Share them? Hide them in a shoe box in your closet and sneak a little while no one’s looking? Regift them?
What’s your plan, Stan? Let us know! That’s it. That’s all you have to do.
Life, it’s pretty complicated sometimes, so I like to keep my giveaways pretty simple around here.
Rules:
1 entry per person/ip address. If you cheat, you will totally be disqualified. {Comments may take an hour or two to be cleared, so please be patient}.
This giveaway ends Saturday, December 7th @ 10am EST and the winners will be announced on the evening of Saturday, December 7th. You will be notified via email and have 48 hours to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

CRACK! I will definitely not have time to hide this stuff. Soft and chewy caramels and caramel popcorn are like crack to me. I had my kids convinced for years they didn’t like caramel so I could always have it to myself, but then they discovered my gluttonous secret. It would be war in my house with this package, I would have to fight to be the victor.
BTW if you are looking for a good homemade and authentic caramel candy recipe, I would recommend the King Arthur Mom’s caramels.

I think it’s been close to 15 years because I would read your blog while sitting next to my daughter’s crib while she fell asleep. And my daughter is almost 16. I’ve followed you from the fabulous greenhouse house to the HOA house to the house somewhere with a cool recycling exchange in the neighborhood (did you ever tell us where that was?), to Camp Butterfield, to the next house and now this one. Maybe I added an extra one in there somewhere. I’ve been reading since before you brought Lucy home! Thank you for taking us all with you on your adventures. I would eat the caramels. Caramel popcorn is one of my favorite things.
