I made this creamy spinach artichoke dip last month and my husband wouldn’t stop talking about it. So I made it again last night and served it for dinner!
I LOVE when that happens. I always know I’ve made something crazy good when he goes on and on about it.
This recipe for creamy spinach artichoke dip is so simple to make, everyone you make it for will be shocked when they find out it only takes about 5 nanoseconds to make.
Perfect for parties, get-togethers or if you’re like us and practically live off of pickety bits, it may work as a light dinner when served up with some hearty pita chips or slathered on hunks of crusty bread.
Did I mention you can bake this ahead of time and then nuke it in the microwave right before you serve it too? Yep. You sure can.
So if you’re looking for an appetizer to bring along to your next party or potluck, give this recipe for creamy spinach artichoke dip a whirl. I have a feeling you’ll love it as much as we do.
Peace Out.

P.S. I used plain, canned artichokes when I made this. There’s no need to pay extra for the fancy ones. This recipe rocks!!

My husband loves this too. We usually keep the costco tub of dip on hand, but I’m sure it doesn’t compare to freshly made!

So, microwaving? To reheat? To cook originally? How long?
