The other night we were leaving church when I noticed it…the cold, fresh smell of winter in the mountains. It was amazing. My daughter and I stood there for a few minutes and enjoyed the night. Then we hopped in the car because the temp had dropped several degrees in the time we were inside 🙂
My daughter broke out her hat/scarf/mitten combo thing for the morning bus wait last week.
