Tonight, I plan on watching Chow Down. It follows a man, who after being told he had heart disease, seeks to reverse it with dietary changes. You know I am a sucker for the “power of food” sorts of documentaries, so I am interested in WHAT type of changes he will be making to improve his overall health. I am pretty sure it is safe to say that the processed stuff is going out of the window.
