Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits

{1} 18 ounce bag Fisher Scone Mix
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup water


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Using a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop biscuit batter onto a lined baking sheet evenly apart and bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until done. 

Serve warm. Delicious with a pat of butter between a sliced biscuit. 

The recipe makes 12 biscuits.
