Baked Pineapple Custard Recipe

Ingredients

{1} 20 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp. Unsalted Butter
Pinch of cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Mix together the pineapple, sugar, milk, cornstarch and vanilla extract and pour into a greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cut a few small pieces of butter and place on top.
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Serve warm.
