Butter Baked Goods in Vancouver, British Columbia

While The Girl and I were in Vancouver, British Columbia last month one of the places high on our “must see” list was Butter Baked Goods. And let me tell you people, the bakery did not disappoint. It was one of those places that I wanted to try EVERYTHING they were offering. And well, since our pocket books couldn’t handle that, we settled on 4 scrumptious treats instead.

I loved the decor, the use of vintage cake pedestals, the variety, THE BATHROOM, the fact that you could order a pot of tea and you didn’t feel rushed. If I was having a wedding I’d much rather have an assortment of pastries from this bake shop than a fancy schmancy cake.

The smores bar, caramel bar, morning glory muffin and sugar cookie with raspberry filling were all delightful and let us stuffed and with a total sugar high. We wanted to order a to go box for the next day {we didn’t, but we seriously thought about it.}

So if you ever find yourself in Vancouver, British Columbia and you need to get your sweet fix…. Head to Butter Baked Goods. It’s tucked into a residential area but it’s super easy to find.
