Looking for something delicious to hide until the kids are off at school {and then gobble up while they’re away}? Well these white chocolate chip brownies were a HUGE hit at our house last night and the next time I make them, I’m totally going to hide them. 😉
Here’s the recipe. Try them. You won’t be disappointed. 🙂
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped {optional}
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper {or grease the pan} and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Next, add the flour, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix until well combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips {and nuts if you are using them}.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan, and bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool before serving. Enjoy.

Delicious – my daughter gave it 1000 thumbs up. I was worried that I messed up the recipe because the batter was so thick, but it came out just perfect!
