We went to the Organic Farm today to pick up our 3 dozen eggs for the next two weeks and we came across some Chioggia Beets. I had ordered some of these seeds from Seed Savers because we’ve never tried them before. I bought two beets for dinner tonight. I added a some sliced carrot, 1 potato, some salt and pepper, and garlic, tossed them in olive oil and popped them in the oven. They were delicious. I’m glad we ordered them!
