We’ve been using this Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham recipe for about 9 years now and it has always been a big hit at family meals and gatherings. It’s only been recently that I’ve started added ham to the scalloped potatoes and holy cow man, I wish I had added the ham in sooner!!
Ham and potatoes… what more do you need? We enjoy this dish as a main meal in our house, and this recipe for creamy scalloped potatoes is comfort food at it’s best.
I hope you like it as much as we do.

I sometimes add polska kielbasa, or sausage to the recipe instead of the ham, and we find we like a can of evaporated milk better than the cream, which we don’t usually have on hand. It’s a great oven meal!
