Do you ever cook/bake with dehydrated fruit? I have some purchased dehydrated strawberries and blueberries and wonder how they would do in a muffin.

Hi Mavis, I clicked on the link for your strawberry muffins and got a bit confused (its easily done though!) You don’t specify which part is the crumb topping part of the recipe so I thought well I’ll know once I read the instructions which bits we didn’t use yet, however then I reread the recipe and after the strawberries you have quarter teaspoon cinnamon then some ingredients and at the bottom one teaspoon cinnamon. As the cinnamon isn’t mentioned (I don’t think) in the muffin mixture I’m not sure if you meant to put it in the mixture then add more to the topping or if there’s just been a misprint of cinnamon! Thanks for your help and I love reading of your adventures in New England. I hope to visit that area one day and travel round, so taking lots of note of places you’re recommending. x
