- Why is an egg associated with Easter? {It was the symbol associated with Eastre and is a symbol of “rebirth”}
- What group brought the Easter rabbit to the U.S.? {The Germans, around the time of the Civil War}
- 76% of people prefer to eat what part of the chocolate bunny first? {The ears}
- Is Easter on the same day every year? {No, it occurs on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Spring Equinox}
- How much do Americans spend on Easter candy every year? {$200 million – Holy Cow!}
- How many chocolate Easter bunnies are sold each year? {1 million}
- In the song, “Here Comes Peter Cottontail,” he’s got eggs for who? {colored eggs for Sue}
- A female rabbit is called what? {Doe}
