Ingredients
Scale
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
3/4 cup dried cranberries {Traverse Bay* are my favorite}
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 celery rib, sliced thin
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them up and serve on a bed of lettuce, with 2 slices of toasted bread as a sandwich or on it’s own.
