I always sqirt Zesty Italian Salad Dressing on each one before baking. Makes them extra flavorful and moist!

My grandma used to make (& now I do too) these except she used saltines…I’ll have to try using Ritz crackers next time!

A guy on one of my favorite Hallmark Christmas movies made this. He said his grandma called it Chicken at the Ritz. I must try it. I made your bulgar salad and strawberry muffins for a 4th picnic. Was disappointed that more people didn’t eat the muffins but I guess they were full.

I am going to try this.

I’m going to try this but a stick of butter and a sleeve of ritz seems like a lot for two chicken breasts. I’m going to experiment with half that amount because I don’t want to have a lot of those items leftover to go to waste.
Looking forward to it.

I had four very large fresh not frozen chicken breasts. Half a stick of butter melted was plenty to coat all four breasts and one tube of ritz crackers crushed was also plenty. Had extra to pile on top. Drizzled them with italian dressing before I baked them 350 for 40 minutes internal temperature 160 degrees with thermometer. This was a good recipe. Thanks

Ritz crackers are sold loose in the box in Canada – no sleeves. About how many crackers in a sleeve?
Vicki says
I’ve done this with pork chops, too.
Cynthia says
It’s amazing with haddock or cod too. Very New England style!

Would this be good with boneless, skinless chicken thighs?
They were on sale this week!
