Easy Freezer Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 5 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs {or regular w/ added Italian seasonings}
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 small onions (finely diced {Ours were fresh so I included the green tops too!})
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into golf ball sized meatballs {makes about 30}.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature  of the meatballs is 160 degrees and they are slightly browned.
  4. Let cool. Place in Ziploc freezer bags. To reheat simply microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm, or 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
