I have a little bit of a love affair with taco soup. I’ll just keep eating it until I get sick. Bowl after bowl after bowl. But man, it’s totally worth it. It’s so tomatoey, and meaty and beany{?}.
In a nutshell, it’s da’bomb! Having a freezer full of the stuff so I can pull it out and toss it into a crock pot at a moments notice makes me love it even more.

I noticed there’s no broth in this how is it a soup? Do you just not drain the cans? Is that really enough liquid? Just curious and confused.
