I use allspice a lot. Often add it when recipe says only cinnamon. Adds more to the flavor.

We buy and use whole Allspice and powered Allspice, but it is not a mix like this. Are there two spices using the names.

Allspice is a dried berry. It tastes like a mix of the three spices above (but is not as sustainable).
