Roasted Cauliflower with Curry

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Chop cauliflower into florets and steam until tender. Place the softened cauliflower and all the ingredients onto a baking sheet and toss with garlic, olive oil, curry powder and salt and pepper.

Roast for 20 minutes {give the pan a shake every 5 minutes or so} until lightly browned. Serve warm.
