3 ripe peaches, halved, pits removed
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat grill {I used the medium setting}.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and place them on the grill face side down.
- After about 3 to 4 minutes {when the peaches have grill marks} turn them over and sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar.
- Remove peaches from the grill after the brown sugar has caramelized a bit {2 minutes or so} and serve warm.
Notes
I chose to serve these peaches with dinner, but I bet they’d be pretty awesome served along or with a bog fat scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of mint.
