One lucky winner will take home a gift card loaded with $50 to use as they please at any Safeway store (Safeway, Pavillions, Vons, Randalls, Tom Thumb or Carrs). Entering is easy!

Rich Hazelnut Bundt CakeOh Nutella, you make this world better and my life better and this cake better. Like so much better. I want to find the person who invented Nutella and plant a big fat one on them. I suspect I’m not the only one, so it’s probably best they stay in hiding. As long as they keep producing the gooey, hazelnutty deliciousness, I’m totally fine with that.

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 cup Hazelnut Spread
1 cup milk {I used 2%}
Powdered sugar for topping

Rich Hazelnut Bundt Cake Recipe

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a bundt pan and set aside.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl. In a stand mixer {you can use a hand mixer instead} cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, pulsing after each addition. Then add the hazelnut spread and  mix until combined. Add about half of the milk and half of the flour mixture and mix for a few seconds. Then add the remaining milk and the remaining flour mixture and mix just until combined. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

    I would use it to purchase mincemeat and pastry for the little mince pies I remember having at Christmas in England, also I would purchase the puff pastry and sausages to make sausage rolls and some Harveys Bristol Cream sherry. We have 11 guests coming for Christmas Eve and Christmas (English, Irish, Welsh, German, Iranian, Lebanese and American so to share the things that I remember always serving guests when they arrived would be wonderful.

    These little english muffin sandwiches. You top the muffin with a combo of fresh little shrimp, celery, lemon pepper and mayo. Top with a slice of swiss cheese and broil or bake on high. Yum! I’ve been craving these this last month.
