The lettuce I harvested must have reseeded itself. It was a nice surprise.

I always let my lettuce go to seed when it naturally bolts. It’s the earliest, hardiest lettuce you’ll have the next season and the pollinators love it!

I’m curious if your sweet potato chips are crispy. I bought a hydrator an have been very disappointed that nothing is crispy. Everything turns out tough and chewy.

Debi if you are after a crispy texture try dehydrating your foods longer or slicing them a bit thinner.
