Lucy the puggle dog went to doggy daycare for 4 hours yesterday and when she came home she was all tuckered out. She pretty much stayed in her chair until the HH came home from work. I’ve been taking her to play about once a week for the last month or so and she LOVES it. 🙂 🙂

Read “The Seasons on Henry’s Farm” and it is a great book! Then I discovered “Farm Kings”on TV. Wow. This gives a great perspective of small farms trying to make it. It is very hard work! I am more committed to buying produce at the Farmers Market now. Can’t wait until they open again this year!

I also wanted to comment on the “Happy Dog” products. They had a similar offer awhile ago and I signed up for it figuring I could spoil my dogs a bit. While the first box was 1/2 off they went ahead and also charged my card full price. When I called to ask them about it they told me it is a month to month program and you always pay a month ahead. Needless to say I thought that was pretty sneaky and cancelled right then. My “special offer box” did finally come and there were some ok things but I certainly don’t think it was worth what they charge for full price.

Lucy, this is for you. I am a tad bit jealous. Wish I could go to a Doggy daycare(or something similar) and just play for the afternoon. Ah, it’s a dog’s life. I am, however, happy for you. Glad you could make some new friends.
