Lucy and I went for a sunrise walk on the beach the other day. It was lovely. I LOVE walking on the beach. I love it so much that I made walking on the beach more one of my goals for this year. It’s very calming. And there’s always something new to see. This time, it was heart shaped rocks.
I spotted one… And then I just couldn’t stop seeing them.
Sometimes I go out of my way to look for heart shaped rocks and come up with nothing.
But this time, it was like they were the only thing I did see. It was sweet and magical and one of those moments that put a big smile on your face.
Love. It’s everywhere. Even at the beach.
Happy hearts day everyone.

Seeing your comments always brings a smile to my face. I have a daughter with the same name (and spelling) as you. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with her name!

I have a heart shaped rock I got at the beach that I keep on the table in the living room next to my chair. It really does make me smile when I look at it!

I love heart shaped rocks and all types of heart shaped things! I’m an RN and used to work in a cardiac clinic/cardiac rehab. We had hearts all around the office. I was living in AZ at the time and our yard had xeriscaping. Small rocks on the lawn area with desert plants and along the foundation of the house there were larger river rocks. I found a palm sized river rock at the house that showed the rock striations. The striations on the top of the rock looks just like a heart! I brought that rock with me in the move back to my home state of SC because it is so unique. I enjoy seeing your heart shaped rocks.

So lovely thank you made me smile too. I’ve been caring a heart shaped rock around with me since my son found it aged about 10 on a beach in Cornwall, he’s going on 36 now ❤️

I’ve been collecting heart-shaped rocks for years. Living in the PNW, our coast doesn’t really have seashells; but rocks wash up everyday, and we find heart rocks almost every time we are there. My kids and grands even bring me one occasionally, and one granddaughter brought me a piece of a sand dollar that was tiny and shaped like a rock. Fun and thanks for sharing the neat pictures!
