Last week was rather boring. No huge grocery hauls or anything out of the ordinary. I did however spend a lot of time working in the garden. Shoveling dirt and penciling down my garden plans were how I spent most of my week.
Here is what I purchased this week:
Please accept my apologies. I forgot to take a picture of the 2 gallons of milk I picked up this week. I hope you enjoy this picture instead.
Swagbucks/Amazon $ FREE
Have you signed up for Swagbucks yet? You should. Not only can you earn free gift cards to Amazon.com but you can earn gift cards to places like Starbucks, Cabela’s and The Home Depot.
I still have about 12 lemons on hand and I’m still looking for new recipes. I think I might be using a few for tonight’s dinner {time permitting} but if you have any good ideas on how I can use up my stash of yummy Meyer lemons let me know.
Albertsons $.98
I was able to score quite a few goodies with Albertsons “Round Up” coupon promotion but I prefer using double coupons any day of the week.
The rest of my seed order arrived last week! Yee Haw! Now all I need to do is wait for the weather to warm up a little around here and I’ll be ready to grow some delicious home-grown food.
Total Spent This Week $12.85
Total Spent This Year $133.10
Total Spent on Garden Seeds/Supplies $111.01

Hi Mavis. I’m a Publix deal shopper. I’m not new to couponing, but a relapsed user. I’m in recovery. A recovering consumer, if you will. I have been using the B1G1 that makes Publix worth visiting. Coupons (a couple actually stacked) were a big help too. I did well on the Uncle Bens’ Rice, and even tho it’s not a huge favorite in our house, it helps stretch simple meals. I have used several of your coupon referral links. 🙂 Thanks.
Just Hi. Nothing monumental that I can remember, but definately enjoying the coupon fun. I’m also working on getting back into swagbucks because I used the Amazon links to score some reduced priced items. We drink Community Coffee (not exclusively,) but found a great deal plus their %25 off offer right now made a huge dent in our budget on coffee for the year. Gotta, gotta, get back into swag bucks tho. Free is always better. Thanks!! Laura
