They say, “The way to a Man’s heart is through his stomach.”
But does anyone know “The way to get a Man to cook dinner for his wife?”
It’s has been approximately 1 year since the Handsome Husband has made dinner {or breakfast, or lunch or dessert for that matter}. So I think I’ll trick him into making dinner. Each night from now on, I’ll post what we are having for dinner {or dessert} here on the blog.
This way, it will look like I’m actually doing something around here all day while he is at work.
The plan is, {down the road} he will feel sorry for me and all the time it took to lovingly prepare all these delicious homemade meals.
And one day, he will feel so grateful that he’ll wake up and say “Hey Mavis, why don’t you let me cook tonight? You look tired from blogging about coupon crack all day. Honey, Sweetie Pie, what would you like me to make you for dinner?”
A woman can dream can’t she? I’ll keep you posted. But if I were you, I would not hold my breath.
