I joined last time you wrote about it, but didn’t get very good deals at all. I never receive the good offers you mention! I wonder if the offers differ state to state? All I ever get are email coupons that are 10% off $50, which won’t get me to drive to another town to get! My coupons are always a small amount off a large amount.
I do have their credit card. Both HD and Lowe’s will give a 5% discount for using their card. HD told me I had to ask for the discount, which is for shopping with them instead of Lowes, which IS in my town.

I’ve been a member of the garden club for a couple of years, and I’ve never gotten *anything* in the mail, let alone dollars off coupons. And I think Mavis and I are in the same state. (Washington, right?)
