This is such a fun idea to commemorate a school year. Some people sign yearbooks, and this is a great alternative {or addition!}. And it’s so fun and simple.
Supplies
A washed white t-shirt
a bunch of Sharpies
Directions
This is the easy part. Have your child throw on the white t-shirt {preferably over an undershirt that you don’t mind getting Sharpie remnants on} and then pass around the Sharpies and let their friends sign away. That signed up t-shirt will act as a great memory of the fun school year they’ve just had. Plus, the kids have a blast doing it and end up with a fun shirt to show off.
Have you ever done the t-shirt signing thing? Any fun ideas you use to commemorate your kids’ school year?

We bought twin sheets and did the same thing when we graduated high school. I still have that sheet and it’s been 30 years.

My son is in elementary school and the kids love to do this every year on field day. You can wear a white t-shirt or the school offers t-shirts with the school logo and name for $10. I am keeping them with other t-shirts that he outgrows and plan to make him a t-shirt quilt.

Senior year everyone in my son’s class signed their names on one T-shirt. The school had that shirt reproduced by a local T-shirt shop, and every graduating senior got on of the shirts.

Our kids do this on field day also.
