Quote of the Day “Luck is like a bathhouse basin: empty and full, full and empty.” Turkish proverb
Hello Tuesday!
The weather here has been so wacky! I went outside to snap a picture of our rhubarb and it was nice and sunny out. Then, the next thing I knew it was snowing. So weird!! I was hoping to spray some wet and forget on the roof today but noticed there’s a 50% of snow again for today. Sheesh! Washington…. what’s going on?
What’s the weather been like in YOUR neck of the woods? Snow? Rain? Sunshine? I want to know. 😉 Have a great day everyone!
♥ Mavis

Northern VA…high of 67 today (so nice!). Snow forecasted for Friday! The weather is just as wonky on the other coast.
Sue R. says
Yesterday snow in Eugene, OR. Today rain.
Rebecca in MD says
46° Light Rain
And that is pretty much the forecast for the rest of the week. Next week is our spring break, so I am really hoping for warmer weather and sunny skies so I can get out and do some garden clean up!
Heidi says
We actually had crazy weather in Minnesota yesterday. 65° and sunny (really warm for us), then 50 mph winds and a thunderstorm with hail and a tornado, then a rainbow, followed by a layer of snow overnight!
Emily B. in MN says
I can tell I’ve finally embraced (?) being a Minnesotian when I didn’t even blink at the snow on my car this AM after the humid rainstorm and 65 degree weather last night. Nutty stuff!
Ranee says
I see a few of my fellow Minnesotans have already shared our recently wacky weather. The tornado that touched down was a few miles south west of us and did damage across the lake from where my dad lives. When we heard there was a tornado on the ground heading for our town, my husband and I and our 2 feline girls, went to the basement for the first time in over 20 years. We were lucky – just crazy downpour of rain with mini hailstones and lots of wind. Temps went from 50’s on Monday to below 30 Tuesday morning and yes, the wind gusts have been around 45 to 50 mph and pretty constant. March is being even more weirdly fickle than usual. Stay safe everyone.
Katherine says
The weather has been unusual in Georgia too! We basically had spring in February with many days in the mid to upper 70’s . I was worried that summer might arrive in March but temps have cooled down to normal, so far. All the spring blooms are fading. Most of the azaleas are bloomed out so there might not be any in bloom for the Masters in Augusta this year!
Pam says
Today in SW Michigan it started out cloudy and windy then the sun came out and the day ended beautifully. Tomorrow we’re in for some high winds. We have no snow which is crazy for Michigan this time of year.
Lindsey says
37 below zero at our house this morning, in Fairbanks, Alaska. The dogs refused to get out of the vehicle for what was going to be a short visit to the dog park.
