Sometimes it takes a village, so when I was coming up with my list of 24 favorite things to giveaway, I let my kids add their 2 cents. The result is the wacky prize I’m giving away today.

I’m not going to come right out and say which child’s idea it was, but it rhymes with Ronkey Roy and they’ve been known to ask for toilet paper for their birthday. Proud mom moment. And I’ll be sure to send him your thanks if you win!

Just answer that one question and you’re entered to win. Life’s pretty complicated sometimes, so I like to keep things simple around here.

This giveaway ends  December 9th, 2013 @6 pm PST and the winner will be announced in the December 10th, 2013 edition of Mornings with Mavis. You will be notified via email and have 24 hours to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

Due to shipping costs, this giveaway is only open to residents of the US only.

    To be honest with you, this is a hard and hilarious choice. My husband might hate me, but I must be practical. I would choose the toilet paper. It hurts me to say that….the horse head is soooo tempting….no, toilet paper. Being an adult sucks.

    TP over a horse’s head. Everyone needs TP. Aside from the obvious, TP is good for treating shaving nicks, touching up make up, blowing one’s nose, wiping down the sink, and likely some craft. A horse head would only help me if I were angry enough to imitate some Mafia Don. No one has torqued me off that much for a long time.

    I would have to choose the tp…I am too practicable, I would have a use for the tp…but drawing a blank on a usage for that great horse head.

    LOL!!! I so wish my kids were still little – they would have LOVED the horse head….but since I’m an adult and the college kids are always swiping the TP when they’re home….it’d be nice to give them a fun gift of TP!! ; )

    Horse Head!! TP we all have a stock pile of that! and not everyday you can get a horse head really I would never spend my money on it. So if I win I know a girl that would love it.

    Hmmmm…..not sure that I can use the horse head since it’s creepy looking, and my dog would probably attack it. But my bigger problem is where to store 48 rolls of toilet paper-my cabinet can hold only 8 rolls at a time! Guess I’ll select the TP and figure it out!

    Hilarious give away. TP or terrifying horse head mask? Hmmmmmmmm. Reflection, reflection. TP we can always use that’s for sure, terrifying horse head mask I could use it too to scare the kids and maybe I have found my new weapon to make the kids obey. Instead of “because I said so” it will be “Do I need to get the horse head out?”…
    I cannot choose yet. Have to ponder on this one longer…

    The HEAD! It’s perfect for Festivus so I can say to someone, during the airing of our grievances, that I’m most disappointed that they don’t have a SUPER COOL horse head like I do. If win, it will be a Festivus miracle! TP is all but a memory after one use- HORSE HEAD FOREVER!!!

    Easy! The horse head mask. Way more fun than boring old TP. Also. I can buy TP and not need an excuse (aside from the obvious) but I think the only way it would be ok to own that horse mask is if I won it rather than buying it myself.

    The Horse Head!!!! We can get years of use out of that bad boy, as opposed to a couple months of TP use. (We also have a chicken suit costume to complement the horse head…. and that TP isn’t good for a septic, anyway.)

    Although I guffawed out loud when I saw the horse head, I would have to go with the more practical prize of toilet paper.
    You can always use TP, horse heads…not so much, unless you want to recreate a scene from the Godfather and I don’t even want to go there.

    I would choose the tp but my picky teenager only uses Charmin and hides it from everyone else so she wouldn’t be using it….the horse head mask is tempting but since I am trying to declutter my house, I don’t want more items that get shoved in a closet when not in use and I don’t think you can wear a horse head mask every day!

    I live in a very small house and would have to find a place to store all that TP but my kids think I already have too much “stuff” (that they will have to sort through when I’m gone!) so I will reluctantly say..TP for Me…but please tell Monkey Boy I lOVE the surprise idea

    As I have gotten older, I have decided that boring and normal isn’t a bad thank! Sometimes surprises in life are not always a good surprise but for this one, I think I’d go for the surprise gift! Besides, we already have about 100 rolls of TP on the basement shelf.
