Mavis’ Favorite Things Giveaway – DW Home Candles and a Match Striker From Shamblin Shop

This summer I stumbled upon the Etsy store Shamblin Shop and her adorable little handmade match strikers and bought one for myself to keep near the woodstove, and a few to give away as gifts.

Each match striker is thrown on the potters wheel and hand painted with assorted glazes. The unglazed roof makes for a rough surface for the strike anywhere match to ignite on. Each striker comes with a sticker on the bottom of your striker that will light any regular match in a pinch.

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE Etsy! There are so many talented people out there and I love that so many of them have found a way to earn a living by sharing their hobbies {or full time jobs} with shoppers from around the world. 

I also love DW Home candles!

So for day 4 of this giveaway series, I have pair up two of my favorite things… candles and match stick holders. 🙂

The scent of freshly baked {and calorie free!} fruit pies… who wouldn’t love that? 

Or maybe fruit pies aren’t your thing. Maybe you’d enjoy something with just a little fruity and/or tropical scent to it? 

Two lucky winners will each receive a set of 4 DW Home candles and a handmade match striker.  

All you have to do to enter this giveaway is leave a comment below and let me know what which set you’d prefer; freshly baked fruit pies, or the fruity/tropical set. 

That’s it, that’s all you’ve got to do. Just answer that one question. Pretty complicated, right? 😉

Comment must be left on the blog to count as an entry. 1 entry per person/ip address. If you cheat, you will totally be disqualified. This giveaway is open to anyone on the planet earth. You may enter each giveaway in this series one time. {Comments may take an hour or two to be cleared, so please be patient}.

This giveaway ends Monday, November 15th, 2021 @ 6 pm EST and all the winners of the Mavis’ Favorite Things Giveaway Series will be announced on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021. Winners will be notified via email and have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

    Due to my spouse’s stone fruit allergy, I’d have to go with the fruity/tropical set. I can’t bake anything with stone fruit (peaches, plums, cherries) but I order them any time I’m out and have a chance.

    Fresh baked pies, for the win! And wow, that match striker would solve many problems with those clicker lighters that run out of “fuel” and leave you scrambling! Mine did just that two days ago.

    Ohhh freshly baked pies for sure. I have never even heard of a match striker. What a genius idea! We have been using matches with our wood stove instead of stick lighters recently and that would look so cute on the mantle. I think this is a bous giveaway because there afe enough candles you can keep your favorite and also have some to pass on for the holidays!
