Mavis’ Favorite Things Giveaway – Day 3 – Winter Garden Gift Pack
For my third giveaway I have put together a winter garden gift pack of a few of my best loved cold weather gardening goodies. You know, the ones you’ll use during the cold and windy winter months when the only gardening you’ll be doing is sitting inside all cozy and warm drinking tea, thumbing through seed catalogs and planning next summer’s garden.
My hope is that the person who wins this giveaway tucks the box away and doesn’t even bother to open it until they truly need a gardening fix {like January or February}.
The seasons, they are meant to be enjoyed, and right now were headed into baking season. 😉 Gardening season will be here again soon enough. And when you’re ready for it, this sweet little box of goodness will be just the thing to put you in the mood. 🙂
Mavis’ Favorite Things Giveaway – Day 3 – Winter Garden Gift Pack
The Gardener DVD – A tour of Frank Cabot’s twenty-acre English style garden and summer estate Les Quatre Vents.
This Beautiful Fantastic DVD– A quirky little movie revolving around the unlikely of friendship between a reclusive young woman with dreams of being a children’s book author and a cantankerous widower.
The Gardener’s A-Z Guide to Growing Organic Food – My all time favorite gardening book! Simple and straight forward and a great reference guide with profiles of more than 765 tasty varieties of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and nuts.
The Four Season Farm Gardener’s Cookbook – We met Eliot Coleman and visited his Four Seasons Farm back in 2013 and this cookbook remains one of my favorites.
DW Home Lush Garden Candle – I LOVE the candles from DW Home and this lush garden candle will be a welcome treat this winter as you sit down to plan your 2022 garden.
Watering Can Letterpress Card Set from Ornament Letter Press – I’ve ordered notecards from this company several times and I am always impressed with the thickness and quality and the cards. Perfect for all those notes you plan to write in 2022.
Bright Yellow Garden Trowel from Botanical Interests – You won’t loose this baby in the garden!
One lucky person will win everything pictured above.
All you have to do to enter this giveaway is leave a comment below and let me know what your favorite vegetable is.
That’s it, that’s all you’ve got to do. Just answer that one question. Pretty complicated, right? 😉

I love them all…. but if my garden were only allowed 1 vegetable it would be tomatoes. I love them all. I usually plant a “regular” tomato that is known to grow well in the PNW, and our sometimes short summer season.
