Hi Mavis, I have a garden update.
If you remember the pictures I sent last year of the mud pit I was installing my raised beds in well this year has been great so far.
I have the irrigation system fully installed and got weed block and bark down to keep the weeds down between the beds.
A lot of the ideas I got for this were from your blog. Thanks for all you do to help us amateurs enjoy the fun of growing our own veggies.

Onion harvest. 
I also built a chicken coop and condo. We got 5 Rhode Island Reds and a Barred Rock from a guy down in Chehalis last month. Hoping to get some eggs soon.

Your garden is beautiful Dale! Wowza! (And I got a chuckle from the pic of the chicken coop, with the dog sitting at the gate keeping a close eye on the chickens!)

Hi Mrs Chow, My garden is in Olympia Wa. The tunnels were built using cheap Rebar mesh and grey electrical conduit and some zip ties. Simple to build and easy to dismantle and store.
