I don’t know about you but I love checking my inbox! This morning I found this photo from my buddy Lisa in Tasmania that she took at the beach. She’s trying to get me to visit… have you ever been to Tasmania? The pictures on her blog sure make me want to go there. Lisa posted a recipe for Aunt Ruby’s chocolate apple cake not to long ago and it sounds delicious if you are interested.
