Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts, sliced in half
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Toss all ingredients into a ziplock baggie {or bowl} toss to make sure the vegetables are coated and spread vegetables out onto a cookie sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until until tender. Serve warm.
