Hello Saturday!
It’s going to be another crazy weather day here in Maine with rain and wind gusts up to 25 mph. If only it would snow we could get a blizzard! Which in my opinion would be nice. Because HELLO…. who couldn’t use a pajama day? 🙂
On the agenda for today:
- Pack up orders and ship them out
- Make a batch of biscotti
- Roast chicken and parsnips for dinner
- Draw out a new rug hooking pattern and get started
How about YOU? What are YOUR plans for today? It’s going to be a cold and windy one around here.
Have a good one.

It’s raining in upstate NY today also with the daytime high expected to top out around 50°. I am wishing for cold weather and some snow, but we have a warm week ahead.

I just wanted you to know that I have followed you for several years – since the Pacific Northwest days – and I value your daily committment to share. I have used your canning recipes, I have felt excited that others are doing crafts from home and I enjoy your trips around Maine – which I visited many years ago and enjoyed. We love your salsa recipe and many of the jam recipes too. They are also easy gifts.
