A Few The BEST Movie Suggestion for the Weekend 😉 ♥
“This landmark documentary tells a unique living history of Ireland – one seen through the eyes of 30 Irish centenarians. The film explores each centenarian’s journey, from their birth at the dawn of Irish independence to their life in modern day Ireland. Each has witnessed a century of immense social, political and technological change, and provide a unique perspective on the meaning of life.”
I watched Older Than Ireland TWICE yesterday. {I caught part of it as the HH was watching it and then had to go back and watch the movie from beginning to end {WITH sub titles}. It’s included with Amazon Prime this month and so, so good. You don’t want to miss it.

I would LOVE to have some of your orange daylilies! I had them at my last house and miss them so much.
Thanks for the Irish documentary recommendation. Perfect for me with my upcoming trip to Ireland in May.
Mavis Butterfield says
What part of Ireland will you be going to?
Rebecca in MD says
I’ll be in Dublin, Galway, Killarney, and Waterford.
P.S. – I watched Older Than Ireland last night on Prime – – – – so sweet and so sad at the same time.
Sue R. says
We leave for Northern Ireland on Sunday to visit our daughter who lives there. Her mother-in-law is 100! She must have stories to tell, too.
Mavis Butterfield says
Have fun!!! Eat a bag of Hula Hoops and a couple of Polo coconut cookies for me. 🙂 The Giants Causeway is still on my bucket list.
Sue R. says
Not sure about the bag of Hula Hoops but will for sure bring home Nambarrie’s black tea! We saw the Giant’s Causeway on our first trip. Impresssive–and windy that day!
Tc says

Oops–that should be grandmother-in-law rather than mother-in-law —The mother-in-law might have been insulted! 🙂
Cindi says
i wish I lived closer — I would take all your daylillies. They remind me of the house I grew up in.
Anne says
Today we had three of our boys, and their spouses and kids over for an Easter egg hunt and Easter dinner. Tomorrow is church, rest and maybe some yardwork but everything is very wet.

Thanks for the recommendation of “Older than Ireland”. My husband and I watched it last night. It seems genetics has a lot to do with living to be 100 – as well as keeping busy. I especially loved the old bachelor who took the bus to do his own grocery shopping and carried a reusable shopping bag!
