Household chores, pre-make some dishes for Easter brunch and then hopefully head outside to clean up the veggie garden. If I had my way I’d spend all my time outside in the garden but there are always other projects underway.

Thanks for the funny chicken mug! For me, some basic house chores, decorate for Easter, make ahead some deviled eggs and frosted sugar cookies, get the flower garden ready to accept some plants I ordered last fall. Pick daffodils. 🙂

Mavis, you are a bad, bad, very good influence on me. Yesterday I was in Market Basket and just as I was about to check out, I remembered what you wrote this past week about them having the best Boston cream donuts. As luck would have it, they had JUST ONE left. It must have had my name on it! AND it was only 79 cents and totally delicious—what’s not to love? Thanks for the tip.
On another note, my son has been saying that something just does not feel right now that his newborn peeps from May, 2020 are all grown up. He lost a few to critters (they live in the woods) and he says that being down to 5 just makes him feel unsettled. When I saw that chicken mug in your blog–I laughed out loud. He needs more chickens AND that mug!
