We “get” frost for 3d next week so my food remains in the patio greenhouse 🙁 Our supposed last frost date is May 5-ha! Jokes on us 🙁
Have a fabulous day!

74 will be the high today in Alabama-perfect weather! Today I am playing catch-up and clean-up with house projects. I will also be moving my chicks from the garage to an outside pen. I hope to get in some time outside on my swing watching the chicks explore their new home.

It’s in the 50’s and raining here in Maryland, so I am doing bathroom reno work. That means drywall installation and painting primer/anti-mold paint in toddler pants :).

For today:
1) playing “catch-up” – got a little behind this week as my hubby needed to have a surgical procedure done at the hospital.
2) laundry
3) almost done with cleaning out, decluttering and organizing the craft room (there is a light at the end of the tunnel!).
4) pick up hubby’s prescription and get gas (went thru a lot this week)
5) need to work on finishing items for Etsy shop
6) make hamburgers for dinner

Finish installing a drip system on the raised beds on the side of the house, do the laundry, remove the old kale plants, transplant 2 pepper plants into the garden, and fertilize the citrus trees. Then a nice nap..

Another hot, dry day here in Scottsdale, Arizona. 99 is predicted for a high. 100+ are in the near future. I would like to move.

I loved in Tucson for three very long years. Hated the dry air. I had a bad sinus headache for the last year we were there. As a native of Georgia my sinuses rebelled big time!
We moved to north Alabama at the end of the third year.
So happy to see it in my rear view mirror!!

Lived in Tucson. Definitely ot loved in Tucson!!

Ugh. I empathize with you. I lived in Phoenix near the Biltmore for a couple of years. I hated it. It was so hot. My husband grew up on a cattle ranch in Tucson; he loved the Arizona weather. I very happily live in northern Michigan now.

One hundred three degrees today and spending it in the pool with the grandkids. BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs and fresh fruit for an easy lunch/dinner. Life is good.

How do you see those sweet puppy dog eyes and not give her ALL the treats! She is so darn cute!
Today I am working on laundry and re-watching the first 3 seasons of Stranger Things. Can’t wait for season 4!!!
