It is almost 9AM in NE Ohio and sickeningly humid. I mean, you can FEEL the air outside and it’s supposed to be close to 90. Again. All that needed done today is accomplished: Laundry, flipping mattress, dust/vacuum, bathroom and kitchen scrubbed to perfection. Living in an apartment I’ve no outside chores. It’s all grape slushy, Netflix and a movie or 3 on DVD. Maybe freezer meals made in crock pots and that’s a BIG maybe. Enjoy your day!

It has been a crazy couple of weeks – shopping for school clothes, shoes, supplies, granddaughter’s haircut & having the blue dye removed from her hair (the over-the-counter stuff didn’t remove the blue dye – tried it twice), high school orientation, and a funeral. So, today I am going to wind down a little and just get the laundry done. If I manage to do anything else, it will be a bonus.

Alabama here -high is 92. The plan is to stay in as much as possible. 🙂 Other than that it is housecleaning day. I have a long list and hope to get some things checked off. If my son gets our muscadines picked I might make some jelly today, but most likely will wait till tomorrow afternoon after church.

Zucchini Relish question: I want to just made one jars worth, but not can it, to see if we like it. Should I add 10 minutes to your cooking time? Need to find another use for the mountain of zucchini we have grown. Thanks
