I’m excited to have a “home” day today. Going to try to get caught up on laundry, make some banana bread, and inspired by you, try to put a couple of freezer meals in the freezer. It’s going to be a rainy Saturday here in Alabama and I’m so glad to be able to be home!

I was planning to go to the grocery store Thursday in order to finish up freezer cooking this weekend, but we had another rough week here, so that didn’t happen. I do have 60 lbs of apples and four flats of pansies I need to deal with, so I’m hoping to make pies and scones to freeze and then plant all the flowers.

It’s a beautiful sunny day here in Vermont. I plan on opening my beehives and see how my sweet bees are doing and give them sugar water mixture as there are not many flowers left in the garden. I need to check on there honey supply and see if there is enough for them for the winter and hopefully some for me to harvest. My favorite movie of all time is; A Walk in the Clouds with Keanu Reeves. It’s an older one but a good one.
