Hi Mavis…what kind of hooking frame do you have? It looks easy to hook on. Are you having rain storms today? Nice to sit and watch the weather and hook away!
Mavis Butterfield says
I’ve only been using the frame since the begining of the year but I love it! I bought both sizes off Etsy. Here is the link so you can check it out. https://www.etsy.com/listing/670457824

We headed to an estate auction this morning. We’ve never been to one before but it was interesting. We bought several things that have been on our “to buy” list that were gently used and at a significantly lower than new price. One thing I bought was a large Thanksgiving cactus which is something I’ve wanted for years and this one is huge! I hope it blooms this year.
We then headed to a lovely little artisan bistro in town that I discovered last week. If any of you are ever in Mena, Arkansas stop by the American Artisans Eatery & Gallery for a wonderful lunch. Everything is from scratch and the specialize in sandwiches, soups, and salads. This is half bistro and have artist shop with lovely handmade items that range from jewelry to blown glass to woodworked items to paintings. Today they even had homemade jam and jelly for sale.
Then we headed to another little gallery shop a couple doors up the street. I found out they offer glasswork classes which I’ve wanted to learn for years. She books them one on one so will do them whenever you want. I can’t wait!
It’s not feeling very fall-like here in 92 degree Arkansas so I’m home now enjoying the AC!

Neighbor came over and hauled stuff upstairs to pack for future move. Also took stuff to Goodwill. Trying to get ambition to pack a box or two.
