Top of the morning to ya! It’s Monday and my goal for this week to to wean myself off of all but 1 cup of afternoon tea. I need to drink more water and for some strange reason it’s seems like in the winter months I drink copious amounts of tea and so currently my daily cup of tea count is back up to 7 cups a day. Eeek! And because I’m not a total crazy and or want to endure a raging caffeine headache for 4 days… my plan is to back off 1 cup a day until I am done to 1 London Fog tea in the afternoon.
